As a lesson learned author you may want to add a video to a lesson learned so that readers of that lesson learned can better visualize and understand what was learned. Videos (accessible via YouTube or Vimeo) may be added to the Description or Recommended Actions fields in the lesson learned form. To add a video to your lesson learned, open your lesson learned form and in the Description and Recommended Actions fields you'll notice the Add Video icon in the toolbar at the top of those fields. Click the icon to launch the Insert Video window. After getting the link to the video add that link in the Video URL field and click the Insert Video button. This will embed the video in your lesson learned and the video will be available directly in the form for viewing.
