December 3rd, 2022 - New Similar Lessons Learned tab:
A new Similar Lessons Learned tab has been added to the Lesson Learned form. Based on the Categories selected for your Lesson Learned, you can see other Lessons Learned in LessonBridge that are similar. Similar Lessons Learned are given a relevance score based on the number of matching Categories. This feature can be helpful when looking for other relevant Lessons Learned or when identifying duplicates.
In addition, Account Admins can now include a Project when uploading Lessons Learned. Be sure to select the new upload template to take advantage of this feature.
September 10th, 2022 - Better Access to Project Administration for Account Administrators:
Account Admins can now help Project Managers with the set up of projects by adding team members and categorizing the project. Project categorization powers the automatic search function that provides the project team with relevant lessons learned and similar projects accessible from their project page.
This release also enables emails to creators of lessons learned whenever someone comments on their lesson learned.
To make it easier to access your project pages we've moved the My Projects section higher in the navigation section.
July 8th, 2022 - Select Fields to Include in the Lesson Learned Report:
When generating a Lesson Learned report you can now select which lesson learned fields are included in the report. The report will also include your logo if you have one added in the system or you may opt to not include it.
April 6th, 2022 - New Project-based Search Functionality:
From their Project pages, Project Managers can now categorize their projects in a few simple steps and LessonBridge does the rest by cross-referencing your lessons learned by categories and quickly providing a list of Relevant Lessons Learned and Similar Projects. Relevant lessons learned receive a Relevance score, so you know which ones are most applicable to your project. Likewise, similar projects are given a Similarity score. Along with the similar project info, similar projects’ lessons learned are also included. Relevant Lessons Learned and Similar Projects are two new tabs included with each Project page.
