Assign Lessons Learned for Action Using Lesson Lists
As a manager you may want to assign lessons learned to teams in your organization for awareness and action. In LessonBridge, Lesson Lists may be used to assign lessons learned to project teams. For example, the Project Management Office may have a Lesson List containing lessons learned that pertain to a certain phase of a project. When a project team is getting ready to start that phase the PMO can assign that Lesson List to the project and track the team's usage of those lessons learned. That same Lesson List may be assigned to multiple projects simultaneously with tracking to determine completion and compliance for each team.
